Team Building
Team building is an essential part of my work culture and personal beliefs. Building a solid team relationship is vital to achieving success in any project. That's why I always create variations of team events that break down barriers, strengthen relationships, and facilitate stakeholder management. These activities keep the team motivated and help build trust and respect among team members, leading to a more productive and cohesive work environment. Ultimately, team building is an investment in the team's success, and I am committed to making that investment in the people I work with.
Product Knowleadge
We started with product deep dives into Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Sportsbook, followed by shadowing our front-line staff at the St. Julian’s office to understand our users better, build empathy, and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
Kindred Spirit Award
At the end of every year, a survey is sent out to all London-based employees to nominate someone for one of the five Kindred Values and Kindred spirit. I was set and won the Kindred Spirit Award 2022.
Kindred Podcast
I created a UX podcast initiative that has inspired the Sportsbook and Tech department at Kindred to start their own podcasts, and I am excited to see the positive impact of these podcasts on the Kindred community.

We block out an afternoon for everyone within UX Team to get together online in our offices (Malta, Stockholm and London) to celebrate important milestones and each other.
Corporate Malta Trip
As Lead DesignOps Manager was brought it to bring the Business Owner, Product Engineering Leads, Product Owners, and UX Design Team of the corporate community into one room to break down barriers and align on the community roadmap.
Oktoberfest
To truly experience Oktoberfest, one must travel to Berlin's beauty. However, I wanted to create a day culture of it in our London Office, bringing my colleagues and there plus one together to enjoy a locally crafted beer.
Speed Dating
Our Fika events with speed dating were an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships and bonds between departments and colleagues. Such events are crucial for fostering a more collaborative and cohesive workplace culture. More events like these build lasting relationships and promote teamwork.
Kindred's Wellbeing Space
The post-Covid office environment wasn't as pre-covid. So I wanted to give a great "excuse" for people to travel to the office at least twice a week.
What better way than to have our GYM?
Our office peak score jumped up by 3.5 points!
Tough Mudder
We all have doubts, insecurities and anxiety. Tough Mudder is something for everyone as it brings that challenge but can-do attitude. Seeing colleagues cheering on each other helps the team dynamic grow.
