Cancellation Policy
1. General By booking any session or programme with me, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all bookings made via Instagram, LinkedIn, my website (roderickglynn.com) or my scheduling platform. 2. Nature of Services I provide coaching, support, clarity work and guidance. I do not offer therapy, counselling, legal advice, medical advice or crisis support. If you require these services, I will recommend appropriate professionals. 3. Payment & Pricing Payment must be completed before any session begins (unless otherwise stated). Prices are listed in Euros and may be updated at any time. Programmes must be used within the timeframes stated at purchase. 4. Refunds All sales are final. No refunds are issued for missed sessions, partial programmes or unused time. If I cancel for any reason, we will reschedule at the earliest possible date. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 24 hours before a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered no-shows. No-shows are not refundable and will not be rescheduled. Programme sessions must be used within the stated validity period. Expired sessions are forfeited. 6. Communication Between Sessions Email support is available only for clients enrolled in the 4-Session Path. Response time is up to 48–72 hours. Instagram DMs are not a coaching channel. 7. Notes, Plans & Follow-Ups Notes, voice memos and personalised plans are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared, published or distributed. 8. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm. 9. Results Disclaimer I cannot guarantee outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, context and personal circumstances. I support you, but you are responsible for your decisions and actions. 10. Social Media & Website Content Disclaimer Any content posted on Instagram, LinkedIn or roderickglynn.com is educational and informational. It does not replace professional advice or a coaching session. 11.
