Privacy Policy I respect your privacy and follow EU GDPR, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. When you book a session, contact me, or visit my website or social channels, I collect only the information needed to deliver your service. This may include your name, email, booking details, session notes, payment confirmations and basic device or usage data. I use your information to provide coaching or consulting, manage bookings, send essential updates and improve my services. I do not sell your data. I only share it with trusted providers such as scheduling tools, email services, cloud storage and payment processors that operate under GDPR-compliant safeguards. I keep data only for as long as needed: session notes up to 24 months, consulting files up to 36 months and financial records as required by law. You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data unless legal obligations require me to retain it. All sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or if there is a safety concern. Online communication has inherent risks, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information. My coaching and consulting provide support, clarity and strategic guidance; they do not replace therapy, medical, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. All services must be paid in full at booking. All sales are final. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable. Multi-session packages must be used within the stated timeframe; unused sessions are forfeited. For consulting work, timelines depend on your availability to provide access and information. Delays on your side do not change payment terms. Advice and deliverables are offered in good faith, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed. All materials I provide—including notes, plans, summaries, frameworks, voice memos and playbooks—are my intellectual property. You may use them for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, publication or teaching from these materials is not permitted. I maintain confidentiality unless required by law or if there is a safeguarding concern. I may update these Terms at any time; continued use of my services indicates acceptance.
